Without policies life could run amuck! We certainly can't have that in our shop! We believe that you should know what to expect from us. That's why we developed these policies. Rest easy, they are in normal English!

PRIVACY POLICY    Our privacy promise is simple: your information stays with us, and only us. This means that we will not give or sell your information to anyone. We hate spam as much as you do. We may ask if you want to be on a mailing list, but this list also stays locked in our shop's vault. Your email address is only added to our periodic email telling you of new offers and shows we will be at.

PAYMENT    Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal doesn't share any of your private information with us so it remains secure. They act as a middleman, making sure you're satisfied and giving you a way to withhold payment should a major dispute arise. You do not have to join PayPal to use them either. Occasionally we will take a personal check or credit card, but PayPal is much easier and much more secure. If for some reason you cannot use PayPal contact us and we can work out the details.

SHIPPING and HANDELING    We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail. Our shipping fees are a preset flat rate. A small box shipped to the United States costs $6.00. A small box to Canada or Mexico is only $12.00. Anywhere else is $14.00. If your items cannot fit in a small box we will use the next largest size box that will fit. Unfortunately this costs a little bit more. We'll let you know how much more before we ship your order. We don't like surprises either.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES    Every item we make is unique. That's just how it is with wood. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your handcrafted item is a part of you, it is what you like and what makes you feel good. We don't just try to offer complete satisfaction - we know it's what you deserve. It is also what we are.

Our refund policy is simple: "If, within the first ninety days of the shipping date, you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - we will offer you a 100% refund of your purchase price (except for shipping). All we ask is that you return the item to us in the same condition it was sent to you. That's it, plain and simple. You may ask for an exchange, or refund. The choice is yours.

Some of our pens have a lifetime warranty on the metal parts or the inner workings. The warranty policy on these is a little different. If during the time you have the pen or pencil the covered part breaks we will replace or repair it. Just send it to us. We do ask that you contact us first so we can make sure we know what the problem is. If in the event we cannot repair the item we will replace it. If the item is no longer available we will refund your purchase price or make an exchange for a similar item.
